Youth Camp 2010

International Lions Club Youth Camp in the area of Gifhorn-Wolfsburg in Northern Germany from July 17th until August 7th 2010

Enjoy a vacation with other young people from all over the world and get to know the country and its inhabitants. Become familiar with the area around the cities of Braunschweig, Wolfsburg and the rural area of Gifhorn. Interesting historical places, nature and national parks build a contrast to the modern life and industry of the largest car-manufacturing concern in the world.

Come and stay in this challenging region where you can experience and learn a lot about Germany and what life is like in a German family. During the first of your three weeks you will stay with a German family. After that you will spend another fascinating two weeks to socialize with your 20 juvenile travelling companions from all over the world. Lots of activities will be offered, tours to Berlin and Hamburg are planned as well as camp-fire evenings and canoeing.
